On Windows 10 Latest Update.

Firefox is all white and blank. I can guess where the interface is and I restart in safe mode with add-ons disabled. When in Safe Mode it appears as normal. I checked my add-ons and removed them but it didn't help.

I tried a complete uninstall of Firefox>restart of my computer>reinstall and no change.

Safe Mode is a troubleshooting mode that temporarily turns off hardware acceleration, resets some settings, and disables add-ons (extensions and themes). If the problem goes away, that tells us one thing. If it does not, that tells us something else.

It could be Hardware Acceleration. How to disable Hardware Acceleration {web link}
