Is anyone else having problems manually playing videos after selecting Block Audio and Video in order to prevent videos from auto playing? I got sick of videos starting automatically every time I navigated to a web page, so I followed the instructions to disable auto play by selecting Block Audio and Video in the settings. Now, when I try to manually play a video, it fails to start. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue while still preventing videos from autoplaying? BTW, this is occurring on iPad and iPhone rung the latest iOS version.

Firefox on iphone 13 is blocked by citadeltrf.com. I’ve searched for information on Google, Chrome and Safari for information as to how to remove citadeltrf.com without finding anything. I've switched power off on the iphone. The blockage on Firefox remains when I switch it on again. I can access everything else on the phone. From my laptop I've removed Firefox browsing data and cookies. There's nothing in Downloads. No new Apps have been installed. I've checked privacy and security setting in Google, Chrome and Firefox. I am trying to use Firefox/Safari on my iPhone to access a website that requires camera and microphone access. When I reach the permission prompt, the browser gets stuck or does not allow me to continue even after granting permissions. I already checked settings and allowed camera and microphone, but the issue persists. The page shows a message related to “official browser support” and freezes on the permission screen.

I have been unable to sign into my Amazon account on Firefox for quite some time. I can open the account on Chrome or Microsoft Edge. I have tried everything recommended by Googling the problem such as clearing cache, etc. but nothing has worked . Firefox has been my default browser but I'm thinking I should change to another browser. Any Suggestions would be helpful.

I am trying to update my account. I lost a job of 21 years and had my work email as my primary (as I thought I would be retiring with my company). I no longer have access to to that email and cannot remember my password because it automatically signed me on via faceID most of the time.

Example: Using LinkedIn in job hunting... Jobs listed on the left hand of the screen... the scroll bar initially appears and then goes away. So I have to make a change (disable an alert for a job) to make the scroll bar come back and then try quickly to click on it and scroll down. If it disappears then I have to do something else to get it come back. The Mac keyboard down key does not enable scroll down.

Is there the ability to highlight the open tab on the tab bar above the browser in a different colour this would help as well identify which tab we are working on for example if I am on Firefox, the tab above is highlighted in for example yellow so I’m aware that this is the open tap thank you

Firefox fails to obey OS-defined DNS and instead overrides this to use …….Cloudflare? Are you nuts?

Whoever told you Cloudflare is private or secure failed to educate you on Surveillance Capitalism.

For the love of all that is good in this world, rekey Firefox to allow user-defined DNS- whether that is through DHCP, manual config or a management profile.

I was trying to download Firefox and was unable . It sent up an error message and said my download was interrupted. Then prompted me to go to the App Store to download . This was unsuccessful as well and takes me in a circle getting nowhere . I ended up here after selecting the need more help signing in option .and following the prompts .

The Mozilla help file on this topic says that all I need to do is open the me menu (ie three lines at the bottom right), then select History. Unfortunately, there is no entry for History in the menu list.
