I use Firefox on all of my computers and they all have a plus sign next to an open tab to open a new tab, but on this computer I have to right click on the 5tab bar to open a new tab - how can I get the plus sign to show for easy tab opening?

After it updated to 147.0.3 it says that it is not compatibile with miniversion 147.0.2 nor with maxiversion 147.0.2. It suggests re installing (done) so can now at least access Mozilla again but still says at varying times not compatible etc. It is Windows 10 Any suggestions?

Thank you for the prompt reply and I'm sending it back to English I have a problem with the yahoo.mail account. While I log in normally when I'm on google on mozilla I can't log in and while it accepts the passwords. He gives me an answer: " Technical problem. Right now we can't connect you try some other time " I spoke with help YAHHO . I did everything prescribed but nothing. It took me to the solution of the subscription. Can you help? Thank you

'I have an additional bookmark toolbar along top of my screen... how to delete this bookmark bar. When I delete each of them it's all still there next time I open my firefox

I have updated my firefox on W11 laptop to the latest version 147.0.3 (64-bit) but it cannot show any pictures from some, but not all, sites. Not from www.svt.se nor from www.yr.no But its ok from other sites, as www.tradera.com and www.kjell.com

It works fine using android firefox version 147.0.3

Any ideas, anyone?

The last few days I am unable to load websites that I regularly use. I get a cannot find error message. I have no clue what is going on. I turned off the vpn but that had no effect. This is really hindering my getting things done. Anyone with insight? I cleared the cash and cookies and all that, rebooted the browser as well as the desktop. Thanks

Firefox repeatedly crashes on my, multiple times a day. I'dc really like to NOT have to change my default browser to Chrome.

What happens is that Firefox freezes, and I get a white bar at the top telling me so. I get a popup box asking if I want to close Firefox or wait for it to respond. Waiting doesn't work, so I always have to close Firefox. When I reopen it, fortunately all m,y open tabs are retained, but it crashes again within minutes or seconds as soon as I click on anything.

There only thing that seems to work is a reboot of my PC. But the respite is short before Firefox crashes again.

I've disabled most plugins, but that hasn't helped. Is there a way to create an event log within Firefox that I can share with someone at Mozilla to help e debug the issue? It's got to be something local rather than Firefox itself; I can't imagine this is happening to most users.

Obwohl in den Einstellung automatische Wiederherstellung alter Tabs eingestellt war, wurde dies nicht durchgeführt. Da ich es zu spät gemerkt hatte, konnte ich nicht über die Chronik die alte Sitzung wiederherstellen. Was kann ich jetzt machen?

Whenever i go on my yahoo mail I get a security alert that says: we have prevented your access to cowhuntforenenst.com I have run my anti virus and malwarebites thinking it may be a virus but it didn't come up as one. And it's only happening on firefox not other browsers. Is there a way to fix this?

This feature/option is not working. I close with multiple tabs open, and restart and only the generic search/home page is there. It is tedious to have to reopen if many tabs have been used.

recently on a shared Windows 11 PC another user signed me out of Firefox and signed in with their Firefox account. For some reason this user kept my profile and now has access to my credit cards, passwords etc and this had synced to their other devices. So far I have not been able to log back in to Firefox on this PC. This is a security nightmare. Any thoughts on how I clean this up?

For years, my Dell Latitude (Windows) laptop and devices connected to it via Bluetooth coexisted well. For this same time, I have used Firefox (latest version) only. The laptop connected to whatever Bluetooth device I was using and it worked when i used Firefox.

This changed about three months ago. According to my tech repairman, what has happened is that, although the (Windows) laptop connects with the Bluetooth devices, Firefox for some reason stopped allowing the Bluetooth signal to go through.

There has never been any notification from Firefox, never has been a way to edit a setting to allow Bluetooth to work, and no option(s) ever offered to allow Bluetooth to work.

Does anyone have a suggestion about fixing this; other than the obvious – use a different browser?

Why does Firefox think I am in Norway when I am in France? I use nordvpn for financial browsing but turn it off once I'm done. The VPN is not currently active, I have cleared cache and cookies and restarted Firefox and it still thinks I'm in Norway so search results are not accurate. Browser language is set to English and French. Thanks for any help in advance. UF

G0ogle hasn't helped! How can I remove some entries from the Bookmarks menu, such as: Search Bookmarks Bookmark All Tabs I'd also like to remove or hide "Other Bookmarks". (I'm using Firefox 147.0.3 x86 on Windows 10 version 1709.) Fingers crossed that someone can help. THANKS!

I used to have about 40 quick links, or bookmarks on my home page. I had pinned several. Others appeared according to how often I used them. The latest update deleted all but 3. I am very unhappy. How can I get rid of this update and bring back my quick links? I guess I will have to go back to Brave.

I do not want Firefox to restore my last session unless there was a crash, and thus I have the setting "Open previous windows and tabs" unchecked. However, if I reboot my PC and reopen Firefox, it brings up my last set of tabs. And I always close the entire Firefox window before shutting down, so there's no way it should think that it had crashed. This doesn't seem to happen when I close Firefox and reopen within the same PC session (i.e. without shutting down in between).

Current behaviour in fullscreen mode: When I move my mouse to the top of the screen The tabs appear and the whole website content gets shifted down. It's ugly and distracting. Desired behaviour: The tabs appear as an overlay and part of the website content is hidden underneath them. No transitions.

What css js should I modify to achive this, any help? This prevents me from using firefox in fullscreen mode and saving space.
