too many problems with web pages not working. every [expletive] day there is more updates. stop [expletive] updating this piece of [expletive] daily if you dont fix anything! im sick of [expletive] problems and updates that dont fix a [expletive] thing..

Now suddenly (it has worked nicely many times) it claims that there is not connection:

I also tried the "BlueFox" (developer version) and the response was exactly the same.

Firefox was just yesterday updated. OS is Windows 11.

I'm writing to ask whether Mozilla could offer a discounted subscription or a customized plan to accommodate my financial circumstances.

I'm an English language teacher based in the Middle East, where severe internet restrictions and filtering make a reliable VPN essential to my work. Of all the services I've tried, Mozilla VPN is the only one that has consistently provided the reliable connection I need to teach my students without frequent disconnections.

My work involves interactive online classes, streaming educational materials, and sharing learning resources, so I estimate that I need approximately 150 GB of bandwidth per month.

Unfortunately, my monthly income is only around $100, and $3 per month is the absolute maximum I can currently afford for a VPN subscription without compromising my basic living expenses.

I genuinely value Mozilla's commitment to privacy and an open internet. I'm willing to upgrade to a regular subscription and pay the standard price as soon as my financial situation improves. For now, however, reliable VPN access is essential to my ability to teach, earn a living, and improve my circumstances.

I'd be extremely grateful if you could consider my situation and let me know whether any hardship discounts, educational pricing, financial assistance programs, or alternative subscription options might be available.

What I have observed The warning appears on Firefox network-error pages, including when the internet is disconnected or I enter an incorrect URL. A particularly reproducible example occurs after I successfully log in to Kotak Net Banking and select Help → Raise a Query. Firefox then displays a connection/privacy warning associated with the embedded page. I do not see the same behaviour in Chrome or Firefox Private Browsing when performing the equivalent Kotak steps. Troubleshooting already completed 1. Norton Safe Web HTTPS scanning was disabled and re-enabled without resolving the issue. 2. QUIC/HTTP3 scanning, WebSocket Protocol Scanning and DNS/DoH scanning were individually tested without resolving it. 3. Firefox Enterprise Policies are inactive. 4. I found no SSLKEYLOGFILE entry in either Windows User Variables or System Variables. 5. Norton and Dell malware scans found no malware. 6. The warning also occurs when I connect through a mobile phone hotspot rather than my usual BSNL connection. Questions for Mozilla's technical contributors 1. Does this warning establish that Firefox detects SSLKEYLOGFILE, or could another mechanism produce the same message? 2. Can the variable be inherited by Firefox from a parent process or injected into its running process even when it is absent from the Windows User and System Variables? 3. What is the safest way to identify which process or security product is setting it on Windows 11? 4. Is there a known interaction between Firefox 157 and Norton 360 Standard that could explain this behaviour? 5. What evidence should I collect to distinguish a Norton issue from a Firefox issue without disabling security protections or modifying Windows settings? I am not looking to disable security features indiscriminately. I want to identify the actual cause and, if Norton is responsible, determine the precise setting that needs attention. I would particularly appreciate a response from a contributor with Windows networking, Firefox TLS or security-software diagnostic experience. Thank you.

When searching inside a webpage the color of the item found hardly distinguishable with my theme. I tried to modify the ui.textSelectBackgroundAttention parameter of config. No results. The color stays the same old one.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE UPDATE THE UI TO GET RID OF THE NEW GRADIENTS ON THE TAB BAR. I DO NOT NEED AN OUTLINE ON THE CURRENT TAB EITHER. AS SOMEONE WHO'S DISABLED, IT'S INCREDIBLY DISTRACTING AND NOT HAVING ANY THEME PREMADE TO GET RID OF IT IS MAKING IT HARD TO USE FIREFOX. I WILL HAVE TO SWITCH TO ANOTHER BROWSER UNTIL IT IS FIXED.

I’m not a technical person and so could you please share the specific and safe steps which will resolve both the error state shown, and the TLS logging issue without creating any other unintended consequences. I use the Mozilla Firefox browser to read yahoo email. The email unread counter at the top of the browser is incorrect. The count on top of the browser shows an increasing number, when looking at my email shows no unread emails. Currently shows 63, but seems like the number is increasing. Any idea how to fix this ? I’m the developer of SnakeGame.Live , a browser-based multiplayer snake game with mouse steering on desktop.

I would like to understand the difference between Firefox’s F11 fullscreen mode and fullscreen activated through a website’s Fullscreen API.

For a mouse-controlled game, do these modes behave differently when the pointer reaches the top edge of the screen? Is there a recommended way to let players use fullscreen while keeping Firefox’s normal exit controls available?

I’m using Windows 10. I would appreciate guidance on the expected Firefox behavior and any relevant support documentation.
