How to open the window on the screen not just on the bottom tool bar?
I open the window and it automatically goes into minimized mode on the bottom of the tool bar. I can not get it to be on the screen. it shows that it is open but I do not have access to it on my screen. what can i do? help i need this in order to get into the internet.

hello, please try to reset firefox and see if this can address the issue...
I have uninstalled firefox and installed it again and it still does the same thing. I see the window open on the bottom tool bar but not on the screen.
Delete All firefox shortcuts etc and then reinstall firefox.
a reset is something different than just uninstalling Firefox (which won't have any effect in most cases). try to close all running Firefox windows and then press the shift key while it is launching, this should bring up a dialog where you can choose to reset the browser.
I just meant so it could reset the shortcuts, there is a option to start a program minimized i think.

If you have this problem again in the future, you also could try this if a Reset is too disruptive (i.e., you have a lot of add-ons to reinstall): When I go to open firefox it shows up on my tool bar but not on my screen where is it?
