Hi donwayne53, sorry to hear you're having problems. Could you explain this in a little more detail? For example, when you start up Firefox:

• Nothing happens, no window appears
• A window appears but the tab is blank and the address bar is unusable
• A window appears, the page doesn't load, but other pages load
• Et cetera

If the tab shows a specific error message, could you copy/paste it into a reply?

When i open firefox, i get "NEW TAB" and a blank page

other pages load

homepage is correct in "OPTIONS"

homepage (iheart.com) won't load in any tab

Do you get an error for https://www.iheart.com/ (using the secure HTTPS address)?

Didn't get any error messages.

I gave up and did a reinstall of Firefox.
