Do you recall connecting your Firefox to a Firefox Account to use Sync? If you need to disconnect, check out this article: Remove a synced device from your Mozilla account. I do not recommend deleting data when you do this. That would only be in the case that you accidentally copied your data to another computer, and not when you want to disconnect on your main computer.

I did sync, but I disconnected it and when I try to sign in again, it asks me for a code. I will try and get back with you with what happened.

I can't even disconnect because it is asking for a code or codes. I can't even sign in because of this. I can't unsync a device because it wants these so called codes.
