Firefox is now showing gray boxes instead of images, for a website that Internet Explorer, Edge and Chrome are all displaying correctly without issue.
Thise site used to work with Firefox, so it may be due to the latest release.
I've turned hardware acceleration on/off and cleared the cache without any success.

If you use extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) that can block (wanted) content (e.g. Adblock Plus, NoScript, Ghostery, uBlock Origin) always make sure such extensions do not block (wanted) content.
- make sure your extensions and filters are updated to the latest version
You can check the Web Console (Tools -> Web Developer) for messages about blocked content and about the presence of mixed or unsafe content.
You can check the Network Monitor to see if content is blocked or otherwise fails to load.
If necessary use "Ctrl+F5" or "Ctrl+Shift+R" to reload the page and bypass the cache to generate a fresh log.
If images are missing then check that you do not block images from some domains.
- you can tap the Alt key or press the F10 key to show the hidden Menu Bar temporarily
Check the permissions for the domain in the currently selected tab in "Tools -> Page Info -> Permissions".
Check "Tools -> Page Info -> Media" for blocked images
- select the first image and use the cursor Down key to scroll through the list
- if an image in the list is grayed and "Block Images from..." has a checkmark then remove this checkmark to unblock images from this domain
You can check these preferences on the about:config page and make sure they have the default value.

There is Tracking Protection that can block (wanted) content, so check the location/address bar for special icons.

Please consider turning on send info to Mozilla before posting a question. This helps us help you. As I have no info from your system that would help see things that cause issues.
Well I have no issue seeing the pics. Am running current version 56.0.2 Suggest update using Full Version Installer https://www.mozilla.org/firefox/all/ If I am wrong on what you are running that is because you have turned send info off.
I have no idea what extensions you are running so this is a guess only : Mozilla experiment, called 'Shield Studies'. Without even knowing it, you may have volunteered for this Mozilla experiment. Would you go to : Options => Privacy & Security => under 'Data Collection and Use' : Did you uncheck : 'Allow Firefox to install and run studies ' or is it checked ?
To check if you are enrolled in these studies : Type in the address bar about:studies
Any extensions that you see listed there, you can either disable or remove, just like this Safe Browsing version 4 (at the end of the experiment they will be disabled anyway). See for further information : https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/shield

You already have enough suggestions, I think, but I did notice something interesting about the page when I loaded it with scripts disabled: the second and later images use a "lazy load" technique to speed up page loading. Initially, a gray placeholder appears where the image is meant to be, then a script replaces the gray placeholder with the actual image. So what you're seeing might be related to a script malfunctioning or being blocked rather than images not loading when they're supposed to.
It was the obvious hardware acceleration is causing the problem.
