Firefox update SCAM prompted on Publishers Clearing House Site

When you play games on PCH site, you are prompted with ADs between games. The one that concerns me is an urgent update message with full page Firefox LOGO. I didn't think, at the time, to copy the URL but it was not Mozilla or Firefox.
