Going to mail.com, says to enable java script, yet the java script is enabled - just started happening - can open mail.com in other browers
I have had no problem in opening www. mail.com until last night. The message is "please enable Java Script in your browser to log in". I have gone into the browser and done about:config scroll down to Java Script enabled and shows true so it is on. I have also turned it off and back on. Cannot figure this out. Any other browser I go to has no problem opening this site. All other sites that I work on with Firefox open just fine. I also uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled it and that did not work either so not sure what to do. This is my business email so I am in all the time and prefer using Firefox to all other browsers

You can reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.
- Hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
- Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
- Press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)
Clear the cache and cookies only from websites that cause problems.
"Clear the Cache":
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"
"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:
- Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > "Use custom settings for history" > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
- Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window.

Note that your System Details List shows that you have a user.js file in the profile folder to initialize prefs each time Firefox starts.
The user.js file is only present if you or other software has created this file and normally it wouldn't be there. You can check its content with a plain text editor (right-click: Open with) if you didn't create this file yourself.
The user.js file is read each time Firefox is started and initializes preferences to the value specified in this file, so preferences set via user.js can only be changed temporarily for the current session.
