I started Mozilla Firefox normally this morning and I noticed when I scrolled down the site there should be that icon with one arrow up and one arrow down. There was not any kind of icon just white box. After I used Mozilla for ~ 5 min site where I was turned black, but bookmarks and address line still showing. I try to refresh site, but it didn't help and problem were on my another tab too. Changing site also didn't help at all.

I decided to start browser again and same problem showed again after 5 minutes or so. Then I restarted whole computer and still same problem showed. 3rd time was first time when Mozilla crashed and I send crash report. After that I started to look Mozilla pages for solutions. If I start my browser with save mode everything is working normally, but I disabled all the addons, but It didn't help and I also "reset mozilla" , but always same problem without save mode.

After that I run CCleaner and reinstalled Mozilla, but same problem showed again. Error doesn't come if I dont scroll pages with that think with arrows(When you press middle button of your mouse.). I also did quick scan with Avast and there are no viruses on my computer.

I have Windows 7 and Internet Explorer works normally.

Provide the crash id We're sorry to hear that your Firefox seems to be crashing. Please perform the following steps to give us a crash report ID that helps us find out more about the cause of the crash.

  1. Enter about:crashes in the Firefox location bar (that's where you enter your website names) and press Enter. You should now see a list of submitted crash reports.
  2. Copy the most recent 5 report IDs that you see in the crash report window and paste them into your forum response.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Don't Make use of ccleaner to clear your memory, it always makes you problem.

Crash happened because of " EXCEPTION_BREAKPOINT "

Restart your system and give a try

I just tested Mozilla again at it seems that all the other popups like one with "Do you wanna Mozilla to remember password to this site" or if you move your cursor over your bookmark then box where should be address site is empty. Also same bugs as reported on first post still stays.

Edit: Crash id from the new crash after reinstallation (I deleted all files related to Firefox, not only run uninstall.exe.) bp-90a03ba0-6c1e-4301-adec-440402130228
