When i try to log in to my gmail, a Firefox box pops up on the screen and says "The page isn't redirecting properly." I have tried many things and they have not worked. How do i fix this?

Sorry that you are experiencing difficulties.

Have you tried to use Firefox in Safe Mode: Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode

Sometimes Add-Ons create this type of problems. Safe Mode will allow you to identify if that's your case.

You can also use the Reset feature: Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings

This can be caused by corrupted cookies or cookies that aren't send or otherwise blocked.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"
