Are there anyt Firefox issues that would affect email?
I am using the current version of Firefox and recently I have been having problems replying to emails. I contacted my ISP about this (netzero message center) and they said I may need to download a different browser. Are there any issues with Firefox that might be causing this or is the problem with my email program? Thanks for any help or suggestions Bob

No way.
Firefox won't affect your email.
What type of problem are you facing, you could explain in detail.
I am using Netzero webmail. This is something new. What happens is this-when I click to reply the program puts up a loading sign but nothing happens. As I stated,I contacted Netzero and they said I needed a different browser which I don't agree with.

OR

no help. Will probably take Netzero's suggestion and revert to an earlier version of mail program.
It's cookie problem I checked the website..
Many site issues can be caused by corrupt cookies or cache. In order to try to fix these problems, the first step is to clear both cookies and the cache.
Note: This will temporarily log you out of all sites you're logged in to.
To clear cache and cookies do the following:
- Go to Firefox > History > Clear recent history or (if no Firefox button is shown) go to Tools > Clear recent history.
- Under "Time range to clear", select "Everything".
- Now, click the arrow next to Details to toggle the Details list active.
- From the details list, check Cache and Cookies and uncheck everything else.
- Now click the Clear now button.
Further information can be found in the Clear your cache, history and other personal information in Firefox article.
