After Firefox opens, I cannot relocate it to the right or left, I can resize but that is all?

Question After Firefox opens, I cannot relocate it to the right or left, I can re-size the webpage but that is all? everything else seems fine? Just will not move from where it opens? Help Thanks Tom

Start Firefox in Use Troubleshoot Mode in Firefox to check if one of the extensions or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance/Themes).
