Screenshot of the issue would be helpful. Did you try Firefox in Safe Mode? https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode#search104 Is the email in an app (Thunderbird) or from a website (Hotmail)?
