Lost Copy and Paste Ability In Whatsapp Using Firefox

2 days ago I lost the ability to copy and paste a foto or image into my whatsapp using firefox. Then tonight I lost the ability to also copy and paste from the google translator to whatsapp using firefox. As much as I hate to I went to my Microsoft Edge browser and both images and copying pasting text worked. So unfortunately it is definitely a firefox browser issue. I hope someone can resolve this soon! So I can return to using firefox. Thanks!

Whatsapp is looking to deploy a fix on Monday to fix it.

Bug 1849150 - Cannot paste text in WhatsApp on Firefox

There is no need to add any more comments to the Bug as it would likely be considered spam, especially comments like "I get this too" https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/page.cgi?id=etiquette.html
