Firefox 106.0- I want to Remove Firefox Icon on left side of menu bar that guides to syncing devices.

After downloading FF 106.0 A Firefox Icon appeared on the left side of my menu bar that won't go away and is taking up space that I need. It's guiding me thru a sign in page to syn my devices. I DON"T WANT TO SYNC my devices. I just want to get rid of that icon. When I try to sign in it tells me it will send me a 6 digit code and I have to enter it in 5 mins. I never received the code. I don't care if I ever get the code. Please tell me how to get rid of the icon w/o going thru the process of the "tutorial" Thank you!

So just right-click it and remove.
