wrong phone device and location on my account

The wrong phone and location are listed on my Google account I have notified Google without any response.
I have a Moto G Stylus this is not on Data and activity settings The generic looking phone and location is from Richmond somewhere in the United States I can't tell where? Can you please help me with this problem!!! I was permanently suspended by ebay because of a suspicious device in my Google account!! Thank You

The first thing you should do is change your Password for your Google Account.
