Spotify keep showing premium page

I used to use Spotify web player to listen music,but I can not do it anymore yesterday. And it keeps showing the premium page that ask me to pay for it,even I click refresh or review 2021 best songs,it won't work properly. And I use Edge to try it again,then Edge works fine,by the way,I already clear cache and cookies,also restart Firefox multiple times,and even try the private mode and remove all my add-ons,still not working. Any idea would be great,Best regards.

Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode {web link}

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Troubleshoot(Safe) Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

still not working,but I already sent a mail to Spotify support to check if there's anything wrong. Still thanks for your help.
