I'm not sure I understand your question.

Where do you currently see the Bookmarks Toolbar or is this toolbar hidden or are there no bookmarks on this toolbar visible?

You can't directly Sync content from Google. You can import some data like bookmarks and on Windows maybe also passwords from Google Chrome.

i tried all that when i click library don't see anywhere to sync saw bookmarks nowhere to sync

also why am i getting advertising on the bottom home page

In Firefox you can only have the Bookmarks Toolbar visible or hidden all the time. You can't make the Bookmarks Toolbar appear only on specific web pages.

Open the Customize window and set what toolbars (Show/Hide Toolbars) and toolbar items to display.

  • Right-click empty toolbar area -> Customize
  • "3-bar" menu button -> Customize
  • View -> Toolbars
    *you can tap the Alt key or press the F10 key to show the hidden Menu Bar temporarily
