Firefox doesn't do email, it's strictly a web browser. If you are using Firefox to access your mail, you are using "web-mail".

If you want to use a different webmail service that BT or use an email application such as Thunderbird, see this: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/change-program-used-open-email-links
