When I try to print, I get a popup "hp-ePrint" only with new Firefox.

Since I down loaded the latest version of Firefox, about two weeks ago, I cannot print anything. I get a popup entitled "hp-ePrint". If I use Internet Explorer, I don't have that problem. I did not have this problem with the previous version of Firefox. Any help or ideas are welcome.

Did you update from a pre-Quantum (57) Firefox version, and could you print before that?

If so, you may be using an HP ePrint add-on or even HP Smart Web Printing software (of which the add-on may be part of) which is no longer compatible. Check to see if such an add-on is listed under Tools > Add-ons > Extensions. Depending on the previous version, this may also be a matter of add-on signing.

Looking at this forum post @ HP, you may just need to uninstall the HP Smart Web Printing from the Windows Control panel.
