HP OfficeJet Pro 8740 will not work with Mozilla Firefox after update.

Refreshed my Firefox on hp laptop after being off for several months. My HP OfficeJet Pro 8740 will not print any email accounts, etc from Mozilla. When the print block comes up it shows that it sees it, but will not let me add as default printer. Will only allow me to eprint, which I do not want to do. How do I get my Pro 8740 to work once more. It is getting dire. Thank you.

If using the drivers that came on CD with the printer please check for newer drivers here : https://support.hp.com/ca-en/product/hp-officejet-pro-8740-all-in-one-printer-series/7902055/drivers
