When I try to input text on my PC it is garbled and random.how do I solve this?
Literally Random. difficult to show on my Laptop.

Occasionally this occurs when a user has anti-keylogging software and Firefox accesses/receives a scrambled version of the text. Back in the day, it was an incompatibility with ZoneAlarm, but other products might cause a similar issue if Firefox doesn't interface correctly with them.

So how are you inputting text and where and what software are you running when this happens? Your info is to vague to figure where your getting the problem at.
Entering text any where in Firefox is impossible. I am using windows 10 Proff an am having no problems on other browsers or
my computer in general. Thanks for your help. roger.

The latest version of Firefox has been unusable due to the keyboard inputting entirely random characters (Google Chrome was also affected).
I finally tracked the problem down and discovered that it was caused by my anti-virus software (ZoneAlarm's Extreme) Anti Key-logger being turned on (apparently by default?) in the latest ZA update.
Turned the ZoneArm Anti Key-logger off and all the problems magically went away!
