This is what it says in 'Off topic' or in the header of this question ? It may be English, but I still don't quite get it ....... And : what is 'Jism' ? Somebody's name, maybe ? But : thank you, FredMcD !
The literal translation of "Jism" is body (the human body). So the poem is saying: My body has become like an ambulance, which is carrying wounded heart all day long! Again, what is being said in URDU is extremely difficult to imitate in English.

That is sooo beautiful !!! Thank you ! I just copied and pasted it in a Word document, and will send it to my friends. Will you be translating what you posted on the contributors forum as well ?
And as no hospital will admit a case like this, the ambulance just has to keep on carrying that heart ........ Doesn't know where to take it, cause there is no treatment, no cure for that wounded heart ........
The ambulance turns on it's flashing light and siren, but nobody hears, nobody sees, nobody cares ....... And then the hearts just stops beating and the ambulance crashes ......
