no, this is not indicative of any problem - it just means there are no more details on this .dll available for the purpose of debugging a crash.

does it make a difference when you refresh firefox?

you could also try to run a scan of the system with various security tools like the free version of malwarebytes, adwcleaner & eset online one-time scanner.

scan with malewarebytes and adwcleaner are negative: no prpoblem
