I have no addon on my mozilla firefox. and my + tab is not working i have tried uninstalling it and refreshing firefox it self still not working.

What methods did you try to open a new tab? Only the plus button on the tab bar or other ways as well like Ctrl+T?

Is the Firefox window maximized?

Try to open a new window to see if it works there.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox menu button/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox menu button/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window
