I personally turn off that setting since I made change several permissions at once, but NoScript used to reload automatically.

Have you check the settings to make sure that is still selected? See screen shot attached (where I have it unchecked).

There is a support forum on NoScript.net, and an active thread about another user having this problem: https://forums.informaction.com/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=21330. In that case, disabling the Blur extension resolved the issue.
