Can't log into bbc.co.uk website via FF now, although I always used to.

I've contacted bbc support and they've been unable to help. I get this error message "It looks like you came here from a non-BBC page, which is a possible privacy risk." Works fine through IE, but FF is my browser of choice. Any help appreciated.

Hi, it's possible that one of your plugins is causing the problem - I'm suspicious of McAfee MSC FF plugin DLL, so perhaps you could try disabling it. (Ctrl+Shift+A to open the Add-ons Manager).

If that doesn't help, try deleting all references to the website in question, as shown under the heading 'How do I remove a single website from my history?' in this article - Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox, then try the site again.

If your question is resolved by this or another answer, please take a minute to let us know. Thank you.

Thank you Scribe, I tried both of those but the problem is still there.
