Who can update Dictionaries & Language Packs to include Bosnian spell checker add-on?

Because https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/language-tools/ doesn't list a dictionary for Bosnian, although it's available at https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/bosnian-spell-checker/.
