Hi All,

I have three different email accounts. In my main gmail account, if I double-click on a template, it opens up in a new email with the content of the template already in there (which is how I want it to behave.) In my other two accounts, double-clicking a template just opens a new tab with the contents of the template displayed, as it would if I double-clicked any email in my inbox.

I've been through the settings, comparing them for all three accounts, and I can find no difference anywhere. Right-clicking on the Template folder offers no obvious path to follow, nor does right-clicking on the template itself.

Any ideas why the difference in behavior, and/or suggestions on how to change the not-gmail account so it behaves the same way as the gmail account (double-click opens new pre-filled email) ??

Hi developers, I'm running Firefox on an Android tablet and ran into an issue. When I enable the desktop version of the browser, accessing websites (like searching on Baidu) fails to load the desktop version. I compared Edge browser with Firefox and found through website UserAgent detection that when Edge runs desktop websites, it switches UserAgent to Linux, while Firefox maintains Android UserAgent for desktop sites. This causes some websites to ignore network requests and load mobile versions. To resolve this, we need to disable and re-enable desktop website access first, which may allow the site to respond to desktop requests.

Can I adjust the settings to switch to the desktop version of the website? I don't want to switch to another browser.

When I could still connect to IMDb with Firefox I had other problems: Many of the links within IMDb did not work. In Google Chrome everything works like it should, though.

I don’t know if there was an update for the firefox application recently but I can’t seem to add bookmarks anymore. I have tried restarting the application and signing in and out of the application with my firefox account. This shouldn’t be happening as anyone would understand. Please help.

I press add bookmark in the setting for the application and it never bookmarks the page. I have searched for it in folders but nothing.

It never pops up at the bottom of the screen showing an edit button for the bookmark either.

This is a crucial problem for the application and I want it fixed ASAP please.

Hi, I don't understand why I can't access the Accor Hotels website using my preferred browser, Firefox. I'm using an iMac with OS Catalina v 10.15.7 and Firefox 147.0.1 (64 bit)

I can access the site using Chrome. Chrome version is 'This computer is using macOS 10.15. Learn more Version 128.0.6613.138 (Official Build) (x86_64)'

I've checked every Firefox setting I can think of, passwords etc. but the site freezes. Please see attached screenshot. Accor tech support say they have no problem at their end.

Any ideas pleas on why just this website and how I can access it without having to swap browser?

Updated Firefox browser on PC today and can no longer access my emails at https://outlook.live.com/mail/0/

Since accidentally deleting my current firefox profile, I have been experiencing a multitude of problems: Firstly, if it's possible to recover my profile file, that would fix all my problems. I currently have disk drill installed on my computer, so if there's any way to recover it please let me know. If that isn't possible, there are a few issues: 1: the top 3 buttons being shifted to the right (image 1 is what it looks like now, image 2 is what it used to be) 2: the color of the toolbar affected how other websites look(image 3) 3: all extensions being removed, though this was probably due to the deletion of the profiles

Hi I keep getting this error on Firefox. I did disable all my extensions prior to this image shown to see if it was an extension causing an issue to no avail. I also looked for an update for Firefox and saw it was up to date. I also attempted to refresh Firefox which was a successful refresh however the error persisted. After refreshing I fully uninstalled Firefox and then reinstalled however the issue persists.

This error is shown however if I refresh the page sometimes the page freezes as if it lost connection and sometimes it reloads as per normal with the video playable.

My problem is that JPEG attachments don't open, though PNGs do. I've got Original HTML actioned. Defaults are set to Fastone Image Viewer. Right click shows options but "open" doesn't work. Any ideas?

Just a question. When I clear the browsing data I always use the same options and clear from 12AM. The result is I have anywhere from 12-22 MB of remaining data. Why is there a difference?
