Where is the add toolbar function?
I know there is an "Additional Toolbar" option. I need more than 1 extra toolbar, though. I do not think that Firefox should have removed this. Is there a chance that this will be added back on?

The bar at the bottom of the Firefox window is called the add-on bar. The problem is with Firefox v29, the add-on bar was removed. There is an add-on called Classic Theme Restorer (Customize Australis). It can restore squared tabs, appmenu, add-ons bar, small button view and more on Australis UI (Windows/MacOSX/Linux + Fx 29+).
Yep, I realize that that option is available. However, I require an additional toolbar not at the bottom of the browser, but at the top. I also have the Classic Theme Restorer add-on installed and it does not give me the option I am looking for.
You should be able to get an extra toolbar with the Classic Theme Restorer extension if you click the Show/Hide toolbar button in the Customize window or right-click empty toolbar area and checkmark the Additional Toolbar item.
You would need code to modify the -moz-box-ordinal-group value via code in userChrome.css if you want to reorder toolbars.
