How do I eliminate the second screen with facebook, etc., when I open Firefox?

When I open Firefox, a second screen appears automatically showing links to Facebook and other sites. I do not want this screen. How can I get rid of it?

Try restore your home page:

Try go to about:config search for browser.startup.homepage change its value to:

about:home - default
about:blank - blank page
url - type a link that you want
