Usually websites do not refer to a refresh rate, but instead a screen resolution. Is this for a video?? Can you provide a link to the page?

Reset the page zoom on pages that cause problems.

  • View > Zoom > Reset (Ctrl+0 (zero); Command+0 on Mac)
