My comcast.net homepage tells me they are unable to load email & to try refreshing browser, how do I do that?
As soon as I turned on my comp this a.m. it has been very, very slow. I use comcast.net as my homepage (which finally came up), but when I clicked (as usual) for email tab I keep getting "unable to load your email, please try refreshing your browser in a few minutes". Well I did-nothing, then I closed out homepage & tabs and brought back up-nothing, then I searched similar questions here & tried the suggested answers-nothing. Please help me, this is the first time I haven't been able to get my emails. Thank You PattiT

- From the details list, check Cache and Cookies and uncheck everything else.
