Is it under the "Edit" menu.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window or otherwise make changes.
  • Press the F10 key or tap the Alt key to bring up the hidden "Menu Bar" temporarily.

zkwtrg0, what OS are you using as it is "Tools->Options" on Windows, "Firefox->Preferences" on Mac OSX and on Linux it is "Edit->Preferences".

Also you appear to have the Firefox 22.0 and not the old insecure 12.0
