Hello,

Try Firefox Safe Mode to see if the problem goes away. Safe Mode is a troubleshooting mode, which disables most add-ons.

(If you're not using it, switch to the Default theme.)

• You can open Firefox 4.0+ in Safe Mode by holding the Shift key when you open the Firefox desktop or Start menu shortcut.
• Or open the Help menu and click on the Restart with Add-ons Disabled... menu item while Firefox is running.

Once you get the pop-up, just select "'Start in Safe Mode"

If the issue is not present in Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, and you need to figure out which one. Please follow the Troubleshoot extensions, themes and hardware acceleration issues to solve common Firefox problems article for that.

To exit the Firefox Safe Mode, just close Firefox and wait a few seconds before opening Firefox for normal use again.

Hi thank you for your help although it did not solve my problem now the arrows that mve to next and previous message are not there anymore and i can not move to another mail or backwards also the menu that marks a mail as important is not there

i installed java latest version 7 and no the arrows to move between e-mails are on the menu but are hidden behind the advertisement of yahoo on the right place when i hide the advertisement they are available but when i go to next mail they are hidden again behind the advertisement

hi super the adblock plus blocked the adverts from yahoo ! But i still can not see the arrows on the right side that move from one e-mail to the other maybe it is something on the zoom text when i put it to F90% i cannot see the arrows when i put it to F100% i see only one arrow the one that moves to mails to the top

Hi i will try to explain it better i found the problem but i cant solve it when i view my e-mails on yahoo mail at the right side there was always an advertisement after i installed adblocked plus the advertisement is gone now if i put the mouse on the bar that is between the e-mails and the blank space ( where the advertisement used to be ) the text stretch and i can see the arrows that move between the e-mails but when i open each mail and move to next or previous the arrows disappear and i must again put the mouse on the bar to see them

i send you 2 pictures when i put the mouse on the tab and click it once the arrows appear you can see them on the second picture when i move to another e-mail they disappear again
