Silent installation (-ms) does not work anymore with Firefox 16.0.2
New version 16.0.2 does not work with the default -ms option. Very irritating when to install it on 50+ workstations. And listen Mozilla, this happens almost every major or small update....so please leave the settings like they are and don't change anything on that department. Besides this little issue still the best browser out there.

It seems to be working. Please try this: Using 7-Zip you can extract the installer, and create customizations, defaults, preferences etc. inside \core\defaults. Next zip the core and setup.exe in the .7z format. Using 7-ZIP SFX Maker you can create a self-extracting exe from the .7z compressed file with the required parameters. In 7-ZIP SFX Maker Files tab add (+) the previously created .7z archive, and on the Execute tab add (+) setup.exe in the Program field and -ms in Arguments. Also, in General (this is for the SFX Maker), deselect Allow user to change path and select Hide extraction progress.
