Firefox has an issue anytime I open more than one tab, especially in facebook. (farming) My computer is cleaned!
Anytime I open more than one tab, firefox freezes intermittently and I can't farm on facebook or collect gifts. My computer is clean: history, cookies, etc., so that is not the issue. This problem has been going on for 4 days, now. You have similar questions, but no replies to help these people. I don't want to have to change browsers, just to use facebook. Please help. I have done everything that I can find to resolve this on my own.

Have you tried clearing the cache? You did not mention that.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).
- Do not click the Reset button on the Safe mode start window or otherwise make changes.

You can also check for problems caused by recent Flash updates and try these:
- disable a possible RealPlayer Browser Record Plugin extension for Firefox and update the RealPlayer if installed
- disable protected mode in Flash 11.3 and later
- disable hardware acceleration in the Flash plugin
