When I want to contact seller, I write message and then enter security numbers. Time after time, I receive message that I have entered the wrong numbers. I have entered the correct numbers!

I can contact seller with ease using internet explorer.

What can I do to have the form go through using Firefox?

This can be caused by corrupted or blocked cookies.

Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

  • Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

  • Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Thank you for your reply. 

I cleared all cookies, LSOs, and history, but still cannot use the ebay contact seller form with security numbers.  (form bounces back to me asking for correct code)

I also read the suggested mozillazine article.  I looked at the profile, but did not change anything, as I did not understand what the files and folders meant

This problem is not that big, I just jump over to explorer and send form from there.

Otherwise, I can do everything I want with Firefox.
