Whenever I open Firefox browser, "isearch.claro" page opens up as my home page. I've checked the other similar questions but it doesn't help. Please help!

I did try to reset Firefox, run it without add-on, uninstall and reinstall it (and even deleting all my settings), but it's not working. I changed the home page with 'about:config' and yet, every time I reopen Firefox, "isearch.claro" is still the home page (Isearch.claro appears in several configs) The internet isn't very helpfull, I tried the malware softwares, to reboot in Safe Mod with Networking, even the 'regedit'. Strangely, I was able to delete it from Internet Explorer and it doesn't appear on Chrome. In advance thank you for your help!

I see that you previously posted in an earlier thread at https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/933520 (started by another user) and now you have started your own thread.

Have you tried all of the suggestions given in the Remove a toolbar that has taken over your Firefox search or home page article?

If so, then you may have a malware infection that you will need help removing, by visiting a forum specializing in malware removal. See Troubleshoot Firefox issues caused by malware.

Yes, I've tried all of the suggestions given earlier. Sadly, it have done nothing.

I will check this link about the malware, I can already see some suggestions there that may help me.

Thank you

Try to create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

See "Basic Troubleshooting: Make a new profile":

There may be extensions and plugins installed by default in a new profile, so check that in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions & Plugins" in case there are still problems.

If the new profile works then you can transfer some files from the old profile to that new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files.

See:

Do a malware check with some malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.
You need to scan with all programs because each program detects different malware.
Make sure that you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

You can also do a check for a rootkit infection with TDSSKiller.
