Can't view any video from any site. A white square seems superimposed over video. I uninstalled Mozilla Firefox and installed the latest version to now effect. What to do?

Your list of plugins (in "More system details") shows that RealPlayer is installed. Try updating RealPlayer to version 15.0.6 (or above) if you have an older version installed. Ref: Flash 11.3 doesn't load video in Firefox

Your plugins list also shows that you have another plugin that may be interfering with Flash content ... VLC media player Web Plugin 2.0.2. If you are already using RealPlayer version 15.0.6 (or above) , try disabling the VLC plugin in the Firefox Add-ons Manager Plugins panel. If you already have the latest version of the RealPlayer program installed, try turning off hardware acceleration in Flash settings, as suggested here:

Please check if all your plugins are up-to-date. To do this, go to the Mozilla Plugin Check site.

Once you're there, the site will check if all your plugins have the latest versions. If you see plugins in the list that have a yellow Update button or a red Update now button, please update these immediately.

To do so, please click each red or yellow button. Then you should see a site that allows you to download the latest version. Double-click the downloaded file to start the installation and follow the steps mentioned in the installation procedure.

Also: See if you find 'Adobe Flash' in the list of plugins when doing plugin check.

"Your plugins list also shows that you have another plugin that may be interfering with Flash content ... VLC media player Web Plugin 2.0.2"

As a long-time user of VLC, I can confirm that the VLC plugin does not interfere with Flash.
