how do I find and use "disposable" email addresses
Sometimes I get a notice at the bottom of the screen that I can use disposable or throwaway email addresses if I don't want to use my regular ones. I can't find out how to do this in the help sections.

Can you perhaps clarify where you are seeing these messages? Firefox and Mozilla don't provide any email services, but you can use something like gmail, just create a email address that you don't care about, and use that as a "throwaway" email address.
