What Firefox account are you asking about ?

If it is this support forum for instance it is possible to turn off notifications without cancelling it, that allows you to post questions but not be bothered by emails.

Or are you talking about something else Firefox related, such as BrowserID or Firefox sync. Please explain.

Yes, I'm talking about this support forum. I don't want to turn off notifications. I want to cancel the account.

I suppose you could achieve much the same thing by clicking on your username on the top edge of these screens and then edit profile. (or try this link )

Otherwise ask for admin assistance by posting in /forums/contributors { <-- clickable link -- ) and heading the post title with the prefix "[Attn.Admin]"
