You may have accidentally entered "Caret Browsing" mode. The F7 key will toggle "Caret Browsing" on or off.

Did not work I turned it on and still same page not work or jump to bottom of all pages and arrow don't move at all
Wow I just turned it off and it works, you are a genius, my son is a computer engineer and did not know about the f7 key. Thanks for the fast response..
Ditto with "Did not work". Pressed F7 and the problem persisted. A box came up and asked if I wanted to turn caret browsing on not if I want to turn it off. Arrow, Home, End, and page up and down keys still don't work.
