When attempting to access email,I reciece the following :Sorry, the all-new att.net Mail does not support your browser. You can either download a compatible browser or proceed to att.net Mail Classic. Please advise a correction.

You have a user agent that is corrupted by a general.useragent.override pref and that identifies you as:

You may want to reset all prefs as a lot seem to have been changed.
