I just downloaded and installed Firefox onto a new Toshiba Satellite and the cursors aren't responding properly. I'm a Mac guy, pretty savvy, but I'm confused by this one. It's Firefox 8.0 on Windows 7.

You may have switched on caret browsing.

You can press press F7 (on Mac: fn + F7) to toggle caret browsing on/off.

  • Firefox > Preferences > Advanced : General: Accessibility: [ ] "Always use the cursor keys to navigate within pages"
