After upgrading to Firefox 7, all menus and instructions are shown in local language (Arabic in my case). How can I switch it back to English?

Download British or USA English from http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all. No need to uninstall the current copy, and do NOT take any options to remove personal settings, or you will loose important things like your bookmarks and passwords.
