how do I set comcast.net as my mailto service (http://xfinityconnect.mail.comcast.net/)

I cannot find application to do this I followed instruction from other similar questions but they do not work or apply to my situation.

Thank you for that suggestion, but I cannot find the app (when "use other asks for app) to use when "use other" asks for app.
