Obviously I've missed a number of updates and would like to go immediately to the lattest version instead of installing one at a time is this possible

I've had to upload 62 updates and I'm still being told that I don't have the latest version. Can I by-pass each of the updates and go directly to the latest version? If version 3.0.13 is the latest How can I get there?
